When Ross Perot, who did get almost 20% of the vote in 1992, dropped out of politics, some folks [see &lt;a href="http://www.independentvoting.org%5D" rel="nofollow"&gt;www.independentvoting.org]&lt;/a&gt; renewed their commitment to grassroots organizing and independent movement building.
