I agree, but what he missed in the article is the ploy to get everyone to exchange their freedom for security. That's what it was all about, and continues to be about. It's a power grab that is working famously for them, and every time something happens another Bill slips through congress taking away more of the constitution. Amazing coincidence that the Patriot act was written before 911...
